Looking for a lady to share my flat in Fishponds in Bristol for working purposes

My name is Crystal and i currently work from a new flat on Fishponds Road in Bristol. I am looking for another lady to also use the flat for working from. (I do not live there.) I use the premises on a Pay as you go basis, which means there is no "rent" to pay weekly. I will explain more if you contact me. There is safe side street parking and it is only a 3 minute drive from junction 2 of M32.

Ideally i would like a lady over 30, who is well established, reliable, honest and friendly. We would not be using the place at the same time.
