Can we add messages to the Calendar? Couldn't find a button to 'Add'

The calendar is now available to all.  Please use with discretion.  It is for special events, and not for your general day to day work.

When you enter the calendar page, there is now a link at the bottom.  Click this.  You can now add the calendar event.

Select the start date, and number of days. 
Select the forum the posting is to be placed in.  It defaults to Bristol. 
Enter the date in the title as well, so those viewing through the forum will know when the event is occuiring.
Enter some well structured text into the posting.

When you submit, the  entry will be placed in the calendar, and a posting will be placed in the selected forum.
